Kia ora/ Hello my name Is Tegan Frost (nee Tegan Tyler)
I am an award winning Taranaki Beauty Therapist, and the Owner of Divine Skin and Beauty.
Born and raised in a small town in Taranaki called Waitara. I grew up with the saying
“True success is to find something you love to do, turn it into a career and you will never work a day in your life” ”
And that is exactly what I did.
I started my journey in the beauty industry in 2007. I graduated from the Western Institute of Technology in Taranaki as the CIDESCO Top practical therapist of my year. I quickly realised that skin health and holistic skin treatments is where my passion and natural talent blossomed. This is where I dedicate a large portion of my attention and energy into continuous growth of knowledge.

I have received a number of awards and recognition for my work in the New Zealand Beauty Industry.
Including being awarded the title of New Zealand Registered Beauty Therapist of the Year 2021-2022.
I am very proud of Divine Skin and Beauty being Taranaki’s first Corneotherapy aligned skin treatment clinic.
I am very excited to see what else is possible and where my passion will lead me next in the New Zealand Beauty Industry.

When starting the WITT - Beautician’s Certificate in 2016, my goal was to learn how to do body waxing and then find a job. Only 4 months in to my year, I realised Beauty Therapy was SO much more than waxing, and I become immersed in Anatomy and Physiology of the body.
The complicity of skin and facials came a close second and after continuing into my second year of study, I entered my case study into the New Zealand Beauty Association “Student of the year” awards and received runner up.
I finished my WITT - Certificate in Beauty Therapy at the end of 2017 and received La Clinica Outstanding Student of the year Certificate.
Also sitting and passing my International Diploma in Beauty Therapy through CIDESCO, with the highest marks for both practical and theory out of the class.
The reason why I am so passionate about my job, is because there are so many different paths available to continue to evolve, learn and up skill.
In 2020 I completed my Level 5 Diploma in Natural Sciences, giving me a deeper inside into the area of holistic nutrition and how it effects the mind, body and skin.
As most of our clients know by now, I have also branched out into the area of energy work, with certificates in Shamballa Reiki and Access Bars, with a passion in working with crystals, meditation, oils, cards and so much more.
I love working at Divine Skin and Beauty, where I am able to blend the best of both worlds and offer so many services to our clients.
