Divine Booking Appointment Policy’s
When committing to an appoitment time, we hold this time for you in good faith, and trust that you have also held this time for us.
Ways we help you keep your appoitment with us are sending you a confirmation email upon your appoitment been booked and then a reminder text message 48 hours beofre your appoitment.
Divine Rescheduling Appointments
Appointments recheduled or canceled within 48 hours of appoitment time will incur a loss of the 50% booking deposit.
Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a loss of the 100% booking deposit.
Please note changes to Mondays appoitments need to be made by 12pm Saturday to avoid the 24hr cancellation policy.

These strict policys are in place to protect Divine and Casey and my time.
We are committed to working with you as a team to provide you with reminder txts and emails to give you sufficient time to reach out to us to modify or cancel your appointments without incurring any charges.
School Holiday Appointments
All appointments made in school holidays will have to be paid 100% upon booking.
Our normal cancellation guidelines apply for rebooking these appointments and late cancellation will incur the loss of the booking fee.

Divine Social media rewards
One 20% off discount only to be used at seperate appointments, you can not combine multiple discounts at one appointment.
When referring a friend to our instagram, you must email the clinic and let us know your friends name and Instagram handle to be eligible to receive the 20% discount for your friend and yourself.
20% discounts are to be used on weekdays including late night appointments. No Saturday appointments are eligible.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, or passed on as vouchers outside of the original client.
Online Product Purchases
Purchasing online products via our Divine shop.
Please be careful with your selection of products as there are no refunds on products purchased.
Products may be exchanged for similar value or treatments in the clinic may be booked with the same value of original purchase.
Online booking deposits
Appointment deposits will not be refunded.
Products, vouchers or treatments of the same original value can be offered in replacement of appointments booked as long as the cancellation policy’s has been followed.

This appointment is your first stop to creating a comprehensive plan to achieve your goals.
This appointment includes a comprehensive consultation form and Clinical reference pictures are taking immediately to document the starting point of your skin journey.
Then a customised plan to monitor skin progress is put in place.
You will receive a treatment plan via after your first consultation, documenting your skin treatment plan with life style and nutritional recommendations as well as topical skin care.
$100 is redeemable on your product recommendations, and follow up skin monitoring is included in being a Divine Skin client.

A warm oil facial cleanse followed by a a double cleanse to prepare the skin for our active ingredients tailored to your unique skin needs. An enzyme treatment under warm steam,Facial massage to destress and de-arm the facial muscles.

The SCULPT, DEFINE, LIFT facial- 90 mins

The Sculptural Facial Massage technique removes tension, stress and stored emotions from muscle tissue by softening and strengthening. Facial muscles are manipulated by massaging deep inside the cheek and jaw structure creating a more lifted structure and defined facial contours.
